Residential Projects

La Valentina

The subject property, La Valentina, was an 81 unit new construction multifamily project in the City of Sacramento, CA. The project included 12 studio/one bath, 24 one-bedroom/one bath, 20 two-bedroom/two bath, and 24 three-bedroom/two bath units. The studio units have 330 to 418 square feet, the one-bedroom units have 536 to 622 square feet, the two-bedroom units have 817 to 898 square feet, and the three-bedroom units have 1,005 to 1,215 square feet. The project was split into two buildings, known as North Block and South Block

Illinois Avenue

Illinois Avenue Apartments is a 38-unit affordable rental community located in Beaumont, CA. This complex will be home to veterans in Riverside County, including helping to meet the urgent need for housing for homeless veterans.  This project has received support from the Department of Veterans Affairs, the County of Riverside Department of Veterans Services, and the County of Riverside Continuum of Care. The site is located within short distance of Beaumont’s major bus lines including the Commuter Link 120 line which has a stop at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. Additionally, the site is within walking distance or a bus ride to grocery stores, public parks, pharmacies, banks, schools, major retail employment centers, and a library.

Jordan Downs

Jordan Downs Housing Project is a 700-unit public housing apartment complex in Watts, consisting of 103 buildings with townhouse style units ranging in size from one bedroom to five bedrooms.  The complex is owned and managed by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA).  The complex was built by the Federal Government in the mid-1940s and was the first Veterans Housing Project in the country.

Fuji Towers

Fuji Towers is an existing 140 unit affordable senior housing complex in the City of San Jose, CA. The complex consists of 1 six-story residential building Site amenities include a community room, a laundry room on each floor, two elevators, surveillance camera and parking garage. Unit amenities include central heat, blinds, carpet, storage closet, refrigerator, stove/oven, and disposal. One-bedroom units have a patio or balcony. The complex was originally built in 1976 and is in need of renovation with estimated construction costs of approximately $85,800 per unit.
